Chef Bri Lockhart
A graduate of Johnson & Wales and a veteran of the restaurant industry, Bri joined Newport restaurant group in 2022 as the pastry chef of Hemenway’s in Providence. Prior to Hemenway’s she worked her way through the pastry kitchen at Pastiche in Providence. Bri joined Foodlove Market in 2023 to help with the expansion of the bakery and the launch of Wooden Pin Baking Co. Chef Bri is a passionate baker whose true love is cake decorating.
Chef Kate Repko
A graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia, Kate is a seasoned baker and pastry chef. She owned her own wedding cake business for many years, Sugar Bake Shoppe, where she produced hundreds of cakes for events all over Newport. Kate joined Foodlove Market in 2021 and has been instrumental in driving the growth of the bakery business and launching Wooden Pin Baking Co. Kate’s artistry and drive to create delicious sweets is evident in everything she creates.
